There are restrictions on copyright protection. The Copyright Law imposes the following restrictions on the protection of copyright: “Article 22: Under the following circumstances, a work may be used without the permission of the copyright owner and without payment of remuneration to the copyright owner, but the name of the author and the title of the work shall be specified, and no remuneration shall be paid to the copyright owner. Infringement of other rights enjoyed by copyright owners in accordance with this law:
(1) Using other people’s published Works for personal study, research or appreciation;
(2) In order to introduce or comment on a certain work or explain a certain issue, appropriately cite the published works of others in the work;(3) In order to report current news, cite published works in newspapers, periodicals, radio, television programs or news documentaries;
(4 ) Newspapers, periodicals, radio stations, and television stations publish or broadcast editorials and commentator articles that have been published by other newspapers, periodicals, radio stations, and television stations;
(5) Newspapers , journals, radio stations, and television stations to publish or broadcast speeches delivered at public gatherings, except where the author declares that they are not allowed to be published or broadcast;
(6) For school classrooms Education or scientific research, translation or small copy of published works for use by teaching or scientific researchers, but not published or distributed;
(7) State agencies performing official duties Use published works;
(8) Libraries, archives, memorial halls, museums, art galleries, etc., make copies of our collections for display or preservation purposes works;
(9) free performance of published works;
(10) pair setting Or copy, paint, photograph, or video art works displayed in outdoor public places;
(11) Translate published works in Han Chinese characters into ethnic minority languages Publish and distribute domestically;
(12) Convert already published works into Braille for publication.
The above provisions apply to restrictions on the rights of publishers, performers, audio and video producers, radio stations and television stations.
