If the website reprints other people’s articles, does it need to pay the author remuneration
If it is used for commercial purposes, the author needs to be paid remuneration.
Article 47 of the Copyright Law
Anyone who commits the following infringements shall be held liable according to the circumstances. Stop the infringement, eliminate the impact, apologize, compensate for losses and other civil responsibilities:
(1) Publish the work without the permission of the copyright owner;
(2) Publishing works created in collaboration with others as independently created works without the permission of the co-author;
(3) Signing other people’s works for the purpose of seeking personal fame and fortune without participating in the creation;
(4) Distorting or tampering with other people’s works;
(5) Plagiarizing other people’s works;
(6) Exhibition without the permission of the copyright owner , making movies and using works in a similar way to making movies, or using works in ways such as adaptation, translation, annotation, etc., except as otherwise provided for in this law;
