How long can the copyright owner protect the copyright?

Article 20: The protection period of the author’s right of signature, right of modification, and right to protect the integrity of the work is not limited.
Article 21: The rights to publish, use and receive remuneration for citizens’ works are protected for the lifetime of the author and fifty years after his death. The deadline is December 31st of the fiftieth year after the death of the author; if it is a joint work, the deadline is December 31st of the fiftieth year after the death of the last author.
Works and copyrights (except for signature rights) of legal persons or unincorporated units are enjoyed by legal persons or unincorporated units, and their right to publish, use and receive remuneration The protection period of the right is fifty years, ending on December 31, the fiftieth year after the work was first published. If the work has not been published within fifty years after the completion of the creation, this law will no longer protect it.
The protection period for the right to publish, use and receive remuneration for film, television, video and photographic works is fifty years, ending on the fifth day after the first publication of the work. On December 31st of the tenth year, if the work has not been published within fifty years since its creation, it will no longer be protected by this law.
