7. If you apply for a change of address, you do not need to attach a change certificate, except for the case where a natural person changes his address across nationalities.
8. If a natural person changes his address across nationalities, he should submit proof that he has lived at the current address for more than one year when applying.
9. If the trademark applied for change is a jointly owned trademark, the following documents should also be submitted:
(1) To apply to change the representative of a jointly owned trademark, fill out an application form to change the name/address of the registrant, and also submit statements from other co-owners agreeing to the change.
