6. For trademarks that have not been approved for registration, changes in the name of the applicant should also be handled in accordance with the above regulations.
7. If you apply for a change of address, you do not need to attach a change certificate, except for the case where a natural person changes his address across nationalities.
8. If a natural person changes his address across nationalities, he should submit proof that he has lived at the current address for more than one year when applying.
9. If the trademark applied for change is a jointly owned trademark, the following documents should also be submitted:
(1) To apply to change the representative of a jointly owned trademark, fill out an application form to change the name/address of the registrant, and also submit statements from other co-owners agreeing to the change.
(2) Apply to change the name of a co-owner of a co-owned trademark, whether it is to change the name of all co-owners or part of the co-owners, or to change the representative of the co-owned trademark If the applicant is a person, the names of all co-owners should be filled in on the application form. (3) If the name or address of the representative changes, the changed name and address of the representative should be written in the name of the applicant on the first page of the application form .
