Article 5: The qualifications of trademark printing business managers shall be assessed by the provincial administration for industry and commerce, and their certificates shall be uniformly printed by the state administration for industry and commerce. Article 6 To apply for the "Printer Labeling Unit Certificate", the "Trademark Printing Unit Application Form" shall be filled in as required and submitted to the local county-level industrial and commercial administration. Article 7 The county-level industrial and commercial administration bureau shall sign its opinions and report to the prefectural (city)-level industrial and commercial administration within 30 days from the date of receipt of the complete application documents. For those who meet the conditions, a "Trademark Printing Unit Certificate" will be issued; for those who do not meet the conditions, the application documents will be returned and the reasons will be explained.
Article 8: For those who apply for the qualification to print trademarks for tobacco products and human medicines, the prefecture (municipal) level industrial and commercial administration bureaus shall apply for registration upon receipt of the application documents. Sign the opinions and submit them to the provincial industrial and commercial administration bureau within 30 days. The provincial administration for industry and commerce shall make a decision within 30 days from the date of receipt of the application, and issue a "Trademark Printing Unit Certificate" to those who meet the conditions;If the conditions are met, the application form will be returned and the reasons will be explained.
Article 9 "Certificate of Trademark Printing Unit" shall be verified every 2 years. The trademark printing unit shall pass the certification of the place where it is located within 2 months before the expiration of every 2 years. The county-level industrial and commercial administration bureau’s licensing authority applies for verification. If the company fails to apply for verification within the time limit, it shall be reported to the issuing authority to revoke its "Trademark Printing Unit Certificate". If a trademark printing unit no longer meets the conditions stipulated in Article 4 of these Measures due to personnel changes or other reasons, Qingdang shall stop the trademark printing business and issue the "Trademark Printing Unit Certificate". Submit it to the local county-level industrial and commercial administration bureau, which will hand it over to the licensing authority.
