Obligations to be performed by the patentee

Patent Obligations

The patentee shall perform the following Obligations in accordance with the "Implementing Rules of the Patent Law of the People's Republic of China":

1 , payment obligation.

When applying for a patent and handling other procedures with the Patent Administration Department of the State Council, the following fees must be paid:

1. Application form, application surcharge, publication and printing fee;

2. Invention patent application substantive examination fees and reexamination fees;

3. Patent registration fees, announcement printing fees, application maintenance fees, and annual fees;

4 , fee for change of description, priority claim fee, right restoration request fee, time limit extension request fee, utility model patent search fee;

5. Invalidation declaration request fee, termination procedure request fee, compulsory license request fees, compulsory license royalties, and award fees.

2. Obligation to implement the invention.

1. Promote their inventions, utility models, and designs, and promote scientific and technological progress;

2. License others to use, manufacture, and sell their inventions, utility models, New technology in appearance design enables it to achieve economic benefits as quickly as possible.
