Provisional issues in copyright ownership
Article 11 of the "Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China" stipulates: "Copyright Belongs to the author, unless otherwise provided for in this law." This article stipulates the person with author qualifications:
1. The citizen who creates the work is the author;
2. For works hosted by a legal person or other organization, created on behalf of the will of the legal person or other organization, and for which the legal person or other organization assumes responsibility, the legal person or other organization shall be regarded as the author;

Special provisions on copyright ownership:
1. Adaptation, translation, annotation and organization of existing works The copyright of the resulting work belongs to the person who adapted, translated, annotated, and organized it;
2. For a work created jointly by two people, the copyright belongs to the co-creator;
3. If the jointly created works can be divided and used, the authors shall have separate copyrights for the parts they created;
">4. The copyright of compilation works is enjoyed by the compiler;
5. The copyright of film works and works created by similar filmmaking methods is enjoyed by the producer;

7. Except for the work that should be enjoyed by a legal person or other person, the copyright belongs to the author of the work;
Service works refer to works created by citizens to complete the work tasks of legal persons or other organizations.For products, the copyrights that should be enjoyed by legal persons and other organizations refer to: “1. Engineering design drawings, product design drawings, maps, computer software that are created mainly using the material and technical conditions of legal persons or other organizations, and for which legal persons or other organizations bear the responsibility etc.; 2. Laws, administrative regulations or contracts stipulate that the copyright is enjoyed by legal persons or other organizations;
8. For works created on commission, the copyright belongs to the client and The trustee stipulated in the contract;
9. The ownership of the original work of art is transferred, and the copyright remains with the author;
