What are the client’s payment obligations in the foreign exchange trading client agreement?

The customer agrees to pay ________ Company upon request:

a. Any applicable fees, remuneration and costs (including but not limited to markups, spreads, commissions, services fees and other charges);

b. Fees and remuneration prescribed by all applicable regulatory agencies and self-regulatory bodies;

c. Any applicable taxes levied on foreign exchange contract transactions;

d. All referral fees payable to the recommender for the account or The trading consultant's remuneration will be deducted from the customer's account in a timely manner by _________ company and remitted directly to the relevant party;

e. Any losses incurred in account transactions ;

f. Debit or deficiency in the account;

g. Due to the account Interest charges (the interest rates are given in Part 3) arising from the debit or deficiency in the account, as well as various costs and reasonable attorney fees incurred in order to collect the debit or deficiency of the account;

h. Fees owed by the customer to _________ company related to this account or any other transactions. All commissions, fees or remuneration received by _________ firms and remuneration payable to recommenders or trading advisors must be described in a fee statement sent monthly. _________The Company may change its commissions, fees and/or remuneration at its sole discretion and without prior notice. The Client hereby agrees that it is obligated to pay corresponding interest charges on the amounts owed to _________ Company, and the interest rate shall be the lower of the following two: namely, the maximum interest rate stipulated by law and the main bank of _________ Company at that time The base interest rate used is increased by an additional three (3) percentage points. All fees must be paid by the customer after they are incurred, and the customer hereby authorizes _________ Company to deduct these corresponding fees directly from the customer's account. Other customers who are required to make payments but are not debited directly from their accounts will be paid by remittance (or by check as agreed upon by _________Company at its sole discretion and choice) and funds will be immediately available to the customer attached to this Agreement. The stipulations made in the application form will be transferred to the account at _________ company. The customer agrees that theUpon request by the other party via telephone or other means of communication, the customer will provide _________ Company with the name of the bank official and other information required to verify the remittance.
