What are the copyright infringements that require civil sanctions

(7) Use of other people’s works for which remuneration should be paid but has not been paid; (8) Unauthorized film works and films made with similar With the permission of the copyright holder or copyright-related right holder of a work, computer software, or audio or video product created by a certain method, the work or audio or video product may be leased, except as otherwise provided for in this Law;
(9) Using the layout design of books and periodicals published by the publisher without the permission of the publisher;
(10) Without performing Live broadcast or publicly transmit their live performances, or record their performances with the permission of the author;
(11) Other acts that infringe on copyright and copyright-related rights and interests .
For the above-mentioned infringements, the People's Court may alsohold them civilly liable. The ways to pursue civil liability are:
1. Restoration to the original status;
2. Compensation for discount;
3. Compensation for losses.
The amount of the fine imposed on the infringer is: a fine of not more than three times the illegal business amount; if the illegal business amount is difficult to calculate, a fine of not more than 100,000 yuan . The maximum number of days that an infringer may be detained shall not exceed fifteen days. If the copyright management administrative department has already imposed administrative penalties for the same infringement, the people's court will no longer impose civil sanctions.
