6. Without the permission of the copyright owner or copyright-related rights holder, deliberately avoid or destroy the copyright protection measures taken by the rights holder for his works, audio and video products or Technical measures for copyright-related rights;
7. Intentionally deleting or changing works, audio and video products without the permission of the copyright owner or copyright-related rights holder etc. rights to manage electronic information;
8. Producing and selling works that counterfeit the signature of others.
For the above-mentioned infringements, the people's court can also pursue civil liability at the same time based on the parties' claims. The ways to pursue civil liability are:
1. Restoration to the original status;
2. Compensation at a discount;
3. Compensation for losses.
The amount of the fine imposed on the infringer is: a fine of not more than three times the illegal business amount; if the illegal business amount is difficult to calculate, a fine of not more than 100,000 yuan.
The maximum number of days that an infringer may be detained shall not exceed fifteen days.
If the copyright management administrative department has already imposed administrative penalties for the same infringement, the people's court will no longerimpose civil sanctions.
