What are the provisions of the copyright protection period?
1. The protection period is not limited. The author's right of authorship, right of modification, and right to protect the integrity of the work are not limited in terms of protection period.
2. The protection period is the life of the author and fifty years after his death. For a citizen's work, the protection period for the right of publication and the rights stipulated in Items (5) to (17) of Article 10, Paragraph 1, Items (5) to (17) of the Copyright Law shall be the life of the author and fifty years after his death, ending after the death of the author.
