What are the relevant legal provisions for fair use of copyright
China Copyright Law does not have a general clause on fair use, but only in the "Copyright" Article 22 of the Law (2010) lists 12 categories of fair use:
Article 22 Under the following circumstances, works may be used without the permission of the copyright owner and without payment of remuneration to the copyright owner, but the name of the author and the title of the work shall be specified, and other rights enjoyed by the copyright owner in accordance with this law shall not be infringed. :
