What are the trademark infringements

(9) Registering the same or similar words as another person’s registered trademark as a domain name, and using the E-commerce that uses domain names to promote relevant products or trade products may easily cause misunderstandings among the relevant public.
(10) Causing other damage to the exclusive right to use registered trademarks of others.
