According to Article 34(1) of the Trademark Law, putting a Registration mark on a trademark that has not been approved for registration, including the use of the trademark with a registration mark on goods outside the scope of the goods for which the registered trademark is approved for use, is considered to be an act of passing off the registered trademark.
