1 Within three months from the date of signing the trademark license contract, the licensor and the licensee shall respectively submit a copy of the license contract to the Trademark Office of the Shenzhen Municipal Administration for Industry and Commerce for review, and the licensor shall submit it to the Trademark Office of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce for filing.
2. When applying for a trademark license contract, the following documents should be provided:
( 1) A copy of the trademark license contract;
(2) A copy of the registration certificate for the trademark license;

5. In any of the following circumstances, the Industry and Commerce Bureau will not keep it for inspection:
( 1) The licensor is not the registrant of the licensed trademark;
(2) The licensed trademark is inconsistent with the registered trademark;
(3) The registration number of the trademark permitted to be used does not match the trademark registration number provided;
(4) The period of licensed use exceeds the validity period of the registered trademark;
(5) The licensed products exceed the scope of products approved for use by the registered trademark;
(6) The trademark license contract lacks the content listed in Article 3 above;
(7) The deposit application lacks the documents listed in Article 2 above;
(8) The foreign language documents in the deposit application are not accompanied by Chinese translations;
(9) Other circumstances that are not allowed to be recorded.
