Review content:
Review of the absolute grounds for refusal of trademark registration, that is, review of whether the applied trademark violates the prohibition Terms, whether it has distinctive features;

Article 28 of the Trademark Law of the People's Republic of China: For a trademark applied for registration, the Trademark Office shall complete the review within nine months from the date of receipt of the trademark registration application documents, and shall comply with the relevant provisions of this Law. If required, a preliminary approval announcement will be made.

Article 31 Two or more trademarks If a registration applicant applies for registration of an identical or similar trademark on the same goods or similar goods, the trademark that was applied for earlier will be preliminarily reviewed and announced; if the application is made on the same day, the trademark that was previously used will be preliminarily reviewed and announced, and other trademarks will be rejected. Applications from other persons will not be announced.
Third Article 12 When applying for trademark registration, you must not damage the existing prior rights of others, nor use unfair means to preemptively register a trademark that is already used by others and has a certain influence.
