1. Software copyright registration application form
A printout of the application form filled out online should be submitted. Please do not copy, download or change the format of the form without authorization. The signature and seal should be the original.
2. Software identification materials
1. General deposit : The source program and documents should be submitted with 30 consecutive pages before and after each submission. If they are less than 60 pages, they should be submitted in full;

It should be noted that if the applicant marks the name and version number of the software being applied for on the source program and document header, it should be completely consistent with the corresponding content in the application form, upper right The page number should be marked in the corner, the source program should have no less than 50 lines per page, the last page should be the end page of the program, and the document should have no less than 30 lines per page, except for figures.
3. Relevant supporting documents
The supporting documents include: Applicant and the agent’s identity documents, rights ownership certificates, etc.
1. Agent’s identity document
If you apply for entrustment of an agent for registration, you must submit the agent’s identity document A copy of the identity document. The application form should specify the entrustment matters, the scope of entrustment authority, the entrustment period, etc.
2. The applicant’s valid identity document (the company’s official seal is required)
(1) The enterprise legal person shall submit a copy of the valid enterprise legal person business license;
(2) The public institution legal person shall submitA copy of a valid legal person certificate of a public institution;
(3) A copy of a valid legal person certificate of a social organization submitted by the civil affairs department;
(4) Other organizations submit copies of Certification documents issued by the industrial and commercial administration authorities or civil affairs departments;
(5 ) If the copyright owner is a natural person, a copy of a valid natural person’s ID card (front and back copies) must be submitted; and a non-employment development guarantee or non-employment development certificate must be submitted. (6) If the copyright owner is a foreign natural person, he should Submit a copy of your passport and its Chinese translation, and the translator's signature is required. At the same time, a non-employment development guarantee or a non-employment development certificate must be submitted;
(7) If the copyright owner is a Hong Kong corporate entity, the registration certificate and valid business license must be submitted. A copy of the original registration certificate must be notarized by a Hong Kong lawyer entrusted by the Ministry of Justice of China;
(8) If the copyright owner is a Taiwanese enterprise legal person, it must be produced by a Taiwanese court or Legal person identity document certified by a notary institution, fill in and submit the "Taiwan Legal Person Certificate";
(9) If the copyright owner is a foreign legal person or other organization, it should be submitted to the applicant A legal certification document that is registered in accordance with the law and has legal person status. This certification document must be authenticated by the Chinese consulate in the local area or notarized by a local notary agency to be valid. Original notarized or certified supporting documents must be submitted when applying.
The above identity documents and other supporting documents related to registration (such as contracts or agreements, etc.) are in foreign languages and must be submitted together with a qualified translator. The original Chinese translation translated by the unit and affixed with its official seal.
3. Documents proving the ownership of rights
(1) For entrusted development, the entrusted development shall be submitted Contract;
(2) For cooperative development, a cooperative development contract shall be submitted;
