3. For remittances through the post office, the day of remittance is used as the payment day, and a copy of the post office remittance slip is used as the accounting voucher. Receive the receipt from the party concerned After payment, use the computer charging system provided by the Patent Office of the State Intellectual Property Office to record the account, and print the receipt in four copies. The first and third copies are sent to the charge office of the Patent Office of the State Intellectual Property Office, and the second copy is submitted in person. 3. Procedures
